RETURNS

You have 7 days to return your product to us by courier. To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging with all tags(if any).

REFUNDS

Once we receive your item,we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item via email.

If your return item is approved,we will initiate a refund to your credit card (Or original method of payment)

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and need to send us a tracking number so we can follow up the return with the courier service used.

All our shipping is free and normally takes 7/14 days depending on the country our priority is to make sure we ship your order at the earliest possible time with tracking information so you can also check the status of your order while our shipping team will also monitor your shipment till we receive a notification of status delivered
